By accessing or using this website and the CMTV broadcasting platform you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. About us

Christian Missionary Television (CMTV) is operated as a directorate of Help Without Boundaries Initiative (HWBI) (Registration CAC/IT/NO 50855).

3. Content & worldview

Programming is presented from a Christian worldview consistent with the historic Christian faith. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but content is provided "as is" for ministry, educational and inspirational purposes.

4. User conduct

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or defamatory material.
• Do not impersonate others or interfere with the platform's security.
• Respect the dignity of others when submitting prayer requests or testimonies.

5. Donations

Donations are processed securely by Stripe. Gifts are voluntary and used to advance the charitable purposes of HWBI / CMTV. Refunds for genuine errors can be requested within 30 days by emailing give@cmtv.ng.

6. Intellectual property

All CMTV programming, logos, brand assets and original written content are the property of HWBI / CMTV unless otherwise credited. You may share links and short quotations with attribution; redistribution of full programmes requires written permission.

7. Third-party services

The site embeds or links to third-party services (Stripe, YouTube, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMTV and HWBI are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
