CMTV operates under the governance of Help Without Boundaries Initiative (HWBI). We are committed to transparency, biblical integrity and faithful stewardship of every gift entrusted to this ministry.
CMTV publishes impact and financial data only when it has been formally verified and approved by the board. Where quantitative information is still pending, we say so plainly rather than publishing estimates. Verified reporting data will be published here once approved by CMTV.
Help Without Boundaries Initiative (HWBI) is a Nigerian-registered organisation devoted to humanitarian, evangelistic and discipleship outreach. CMTV is its broadcasting arm, carrying that mission into homes through television, radio, online streaming and digital media.

HWBI is led by a Founder/President and Vice President, supported by an Executive Team and accountable to a Board of Directors and Advisory Council. Key financial and editorial decisions are reviewed at board level, and policies on safeguarding, conflict of interest and ethical broadcasting are maintained in writing.
Every donation is treated as a sacred trust. Funds are applied to the purpose for which they were given. Reserve funds are held conservatively. Staff and leaders are not paid from donations earmarked for specific projects.
The President, Vice President and Executive Team are personally responsible for the integrity of CMTV's broadcasting, the accuracy of its reporting, and the faithful application of donated funds. They submit annually to internal review and to independent audit when required.
Gifts to CMTV sustain the following areas of ministry. Audited allocation figures will be reported in our annual accounts once published.

Supporting programme creation, production, transmission and operational delivery.
Missions, Outreach & Humanitarian Engagement
Supporting CMTV's wider ministry, outreach and community-facing activities.
Technology, Platform & Studio Capacity
Supporting the technology, broadcast infrastructure, digital platforms and systems required to operate CMTV.
Administration & Governance
Supporting appropriate organisational administration, oversight, accountability and governance.
